Analysis of Mercedes-Benz Vehicles Advertised During the Super Bowl

Mercedes-Benz made an all-out blitz to their target audience by featuring four 2012 model year vehicles in one commercial, which you can watch below.

This commercial featured two Mid-Size Coupes, the CLS and the C63, which both cost a little over a dollar per mile to own and operate. Even though the insurance is almost double for the C63, the cost to own is about 10 cents cheaper per mile compared to the CLS. However, the SLK 350 Roadster is the cheapest of the four, with 93.49 cents per mile. Hopefully you won a good chunk of change on football squares in order to own the SL Roadster, which costs about $1.64 per mile. Perhaps if you help P. Diddy find his silver Mercedes, he'll show some generosity and give you some of his spare cash to put toward owning one of the new models.
