In this segment containing 34 of the best known names in the world of automotive luxury, the Audi R8 came out on top with ownership costs that were more than 12% lower than expected. Much of its success can be attributed to having the lowest 5-year depreciation rate in its class. The R8 was able to outdistance the second and third place winners from Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.
