As the demand for alternative fuel vehicles increases and these vehicles become more mainstream, it becomes increasingly difficult for individual competitors to stand out from the crowd. The Chevrolet Spark EV fought off eight competitors to earn the 2014 Vincentric Best Value in America awards, using its low fixed costs and low operating costs to bring home the victory.
