Full-Size 1-Ton Heavy Duty Pickup
2013 RAM 3500 Tradesman Reg Cab
|
The RAM 3500 has beauty, brains, and a towing-capacity, but the true differentiator for the RAM 3500 in this workhorse pickup segment is the lowest lifecycle costs in 17 out of 24 measured scenarios. These low costs proved to be the difference as the RAM earned the 2013 Vincentric Best Fleet Value in Canada award. However, the RAM 3500 wasn't able to coast to victory, the Ford F-350 S/D proved a worthy opponent, taking runner-up position for 2013.

The Vincentric Best Fleet Value in Canada award is based on the vehicle's performance over multiple annual distances (15k, 25k, 30k, 40k, 50K and 60k) and multiple lengths of ownership (24, 36, 48 and 60 months). The chart shown above reflects results from three years of ownership at 30,000 kilometers per year.
